I was crawling around the battery compartment last week and noticed an area where you could see light emanating through the hull (starboard side, above the waterline). It wasn't a hole or anything, it was just variation in the opacity. Is this a manufacturers defect, or is this a normal characteristic of fiberglass?

Off the subject Kurt, but where in the Phx area do you sail? I keep a boat on Lake Pleasant
