Back in May I received a letter from my dealer to inspect the swedge fittings on my 250 to see what type I have. Of course when I inspected them all three proved to be the type that are defective. The dealer said to return the form and I would receive replacement lifelines in due time. Since then my dealer has gone out of business and I have not received the lifelines. Any suggestions on where to go, or has anyone else been notified about this problem?

As soon as I can get to a scanner I will post the diagram they sent me. It shows two types of fittings and how to determine if you have the good ones or the bad ones...
