I just bought my first sailboat, a 1998 Catalina 250 wingkeel and plan to put her on the water next season. In the meanwhile, I want to replace the plastic pieces ("lips") that go around the sink and galley table that are broken (or missing part of them)... Where can I purchase these? Thanks a lot.
I had one piece replaced by a local plastics place. I brought in the old piece and they made a new one. See if there is a TAP plastic store near you. Warning, the one piece cost about $60.
I replaced mine about 5 or 6 years ago with some stained and varnished pieces of oak from Home Depot. The strips come in the right width and thickness. Just cut to length. A couple of bucks apiece.

White oak is fine for a moist environment like found in a boat (especially near a galley). But red oak is prone to rot and ugly water stains, so would be much less desirable in this application.
I believe those pieces are what are called "fiddles" and are often seen on tables and other surfaces to stop things from falling off as the boat rocks.
There is a temptation, I know from experience, to use the aft plastic fiddle on the counter to help pull oneself out of the aft berth. Bad idea.
I must have used White Oak, as it has stood up to use and abuse for years. I admit to the occasional using it as a grab bar to come up from the aft bunk! They still look great.
Another possible alternative is to cut down strips of synthetic flooring which you can get in almost any color and a whole box quite reasonably. I used this material to replace the slats in the floor of my dingy after several broke from kids leaping from the boat to the dingy. None have broken so far.
