Since yesterday I've been receiving email notices that members are emailing me. They are infact just responding to posts on the web site.

How do I stop the emails?

Ps: What did I do that generated the emails?

That means that you clicked the "subscribe to this forum" link in one of the forums. You can click "unsubscribe from this forum" (at the top of the screen, above the list of topics) and the mails will stop coming.
