Sorry, coming off a small 19 foot west wight potter and haven't used or seen this before. Below is a pic of my furled headsail. Those flaps are mating male/female velcro. I don't know what it's for, but it's part of teh UV protection strip. Also, what is that plastic looking strap? Thanks!
