My apologies for the late response, but I purchased this bulb for my mast anchor light and it was wonderful this summer. Very bright and barely touched the battery after running all night long. Fit perfectly in the housing where other bulbs had proven to be too tall.

Product ID: 67324 Product Name: G18 13 5050 SMD (3 Chip) LED Light Bulb Attributes: Color - Super White Base Type - 1156 Price: $11.99 Quantity: 1
But 1156 is an automotive bayonet mount, and the OEM fixtures on the C250s that I'm familiar with are a festoon mount. Did Catalina change the fixture at some point, or did you make an aftermarket change?
Also, is this LED bulb certified for 2 nm visibility? That might be acceptable for inland lakes, but tidal waters need to meet USCG requirements.
My anchor light is a Hella #002492201, West Marine #598458. No standoff, mounted directly on the top of the mast (which is annoying because it's not visible from the deck). Per Hella Marine website, the bulb is 12V / 15W BA15S. I took the bulb out two days ago to have a look, and it is a bayonet mount, marked "5008". Googling 5008 shows auto bulbs that look the same.
While the price of $11 is great (best price for a marine rated LED bulb I've seen is about $34), I also would be concerned whether it met the 2 nm requirement.
