Everybody has such nice interiors! We really picked up a junker boat. My friend and I actually considered replacing the hull when we found another Cat 25 for sale down the street.

Many of these interiors didn't start "nice". The good thing about interiors is that they can be improved in small steps without interfering with sailing.
Dave, those are the inspiring words I need to hear. My interior is gutted, but I hope to sail and restore for the next three years or so before I'm done. Jan
I am now in the process of fitting a curtain between the main Bulkheads to close of the toilet from the main cabin . However the good wife pointed out that the toilet was still open to the V birth at night . Solution is to mount the Curtain on a rod that pivots on the Mast Post and swings from the Stb bulkhead to the forward port bulkhead. Rod will clip in to position to give support . The Curtain is a standard premade ($25 Aus $'s.) Great site for me in Aust as a newowner of a Boomeroo/ Catalina 25 SK

I dunno, if you need that much privacy you might have picked up the wrong boat. How many times will you be using all the berths like that? How often will you be spending the night on her?
I spend the night on my boat all the time, usually about once a week but typically it's just myself or my fiance and 3 year old. We sleep in the main salon on the L berth so we find the single curtain more than sufficient.
You might want to check for a R.V trailer salvage in your area, their more coomon than you think. We had an old 81 fleetwood trailer that had the same acordian door. good luck
