Have just finished a day-long seminar on sail trim by North U. If they come to your area I highly recommend attending. The instructor (Steve Lemay) was most instructive and entertaining.

Its going on this weekend here. I have the 2 books and they are excellent. I passed on the course $85 but with all this rain I wish I went.
