OK, I must have cabin fever but here I am posting about some new boat cookware. When we cruised last fall we realized we needed better cooking gear and that it had to be compact. The answer is a set of nesting stainless steel cookware with non-stick surfaces. When nested it is only 9" high and 12" wide. Opened up it provides a nice variety of cooking gear.
I am midway in a project to put shelving in the area where the cooler usually goes. It will hold the cookware, other utensils, and food. I'll be posting photos of that when it is done.
we added a shelf in the same spot, but we installed a microwave oven in that space. since we are in a slip and have shorepower, it was nice to add a microwave, it is held in place with those velcro tv hold downs. we have a basket that fits under the shelf that holds snacks and other goodies. it is held in place by the lip that used to keep the cooler in place. your other post about the dishes, i never knew what the "plate and bowl" slots were until now. learn something new every day! thanks
