I wrote to Metz antennas asking some questions about how to tell if my antenna was working properly, etc. I described what I was experiencing with my radio (seemingly intermittent reception) and what I could do about it. How's that for service? I didn't even ask for anything other than information, and they've offered to simply replace it. I'm not the original owner, and for all I know the antenna is more than 10 years old. They didn't even ask.
