We had the largest regatta of the year this weekend - everything from Sunfish to big cruisers over 2 weekends. Keelboats and multihulls sailed on 3 courses this weekend. We were in Non-Spin "B" (PHRF's of 200 and up). Competition was a C27, another C25, a Cal 24.3, a Hunter 25.5 a Tanzer 26 and a C22. Winds were strong for Canyon Lake, mainly 15 to 20+ with lulls down to 6 or 7. We ran the new main and a 100% and took 5 bullets - but we were worn out after 2 days racing! I had my old crew - genoa trimmer flew in from Annapolis and we had the best foredeck man on the lake! A great time was had by all.
