Commodore -Kevin Mackenzie Bio: Owner of a C250WK sailed primarily on the Columbia River, but in the San Juans when ever I can. Currently secretary of the association. I race frequently (my function is to be last), but my first love in sailing is cruising.?
Vice Commodore -Bill Meinert Bio: Owner of a 1978 C25 SR/SK "Longwind" Avid highly motivated Racer, 2 time National Champion SR for the C-25, and Current Chief Measure for the Association. Have served twice as National Race Committee Chairman and love to lead C-25 Cruises including this Year's Traverse Bay Cruise. Hailing out of North Manchester, Indiana, I love sailing on the Great Lakes and little inland lakes. This is my 8th year with the association.
Secretary -Justin Wolfe Bio: Since buying my Catalina 25 in January of 2006, I have found my passion in sailing. I spend my weekends sailing out of the Rhode River and into the Chesapeake Bay just south of Annapolis; mostly day sailing and sometimes overnight weekend cruising. I have learned a great deal from members of this community on restoring my C-25 and sailing. I look forward to contributing more to this excellent association.
Treasurer -Mark Hartong Bio: Owner of Persephone, a C250 WK berthed at Deltaville, VA cruising the heart of the Chesapeake Bay. Moving up to a proper pocket cruiser after cruising (i.e. practicing open boat survival skills) in a Flying Scot. In another life I was a submarine warfare office in the US Navy. Now I am a government beaurocrat working as an electronics engineer for the Federal Railroad Administration (a job that has absolutely no relationship to anything nautical). Sailing keeps my sanity.
Chief Measurer-Derek Crawford Bio: I have owned a C25 TRFK since 1992 on an inland lake, racing very frequently and somewhat successfully. I have been PRO for many regattas. Won the 2000 Nationals as helmsman on Verne Gagne's boat, won the 2004 as genoa trimmer/tactician on the Columbia, and won the TR division in the 2005 Nationals on Lake Cheney.
Congratulations, and thank you for volunteering to serve the association!
I would like to table a motion to double the officer's pay! Let's see, that would be 2 times...carry the 3...divide that by the square root of pi,...and that equals...uh, oh...Well, it's the thought that counts!

I purchased CP25 #183 over the winter of 05/06 as an "up"grade (downsized from a Capri26 for racing purposes). Resurrected from several years of neglect and abuse, we now race regularly on Chatfield Reservoir in Colorado on Weds nights and local regattas.
Looking forward to serving (and growing!) the Capri 25 community as much as possible. Please feel free to email me with questions/suggestions (SailCO26 at Yahoo dot com) or post in the Capri25 forum.
Congratulations to all! Looks like the Association is in good hands. Thanks also to the outgoing officers for all of the time and energy you gave the Association last year.
