Put on those PFDs at night! And don't buy the damned blue PFDs West Marine likes to put on sale in a storage case! (Not the inflatables--they inflate to yellow.)

And about those divers... Diving in the Niagra River (that empties the Great Lakes system) near a <i>power plant</i>... BRILLIANT!
