RWO lance cleat, comes in both port and starboard which determines which is on top, roler or cleat jaw. Getting very hard to find.

You can see one on my furling line.

That's a 'jam cleat' I believe, I use the same type for my topping lift. The only time I actually use it is when I am reefing. I use it to raise the boom to make it easier to get the reefed main tied down. Of course the Topping Lift is actually used every time I release the 'Pigtail' when the mainsail is not raised. It keeps the boom from falling on my head. I highly recommend installing a topping lift for this reason.

To my understanding jam cleats have a tight crotch, many are horn cleats with one side that narrows to a tight V, I have several Schaefers on my boat.

in Europe they cut off the opposite horn, you will see those on Benneteaus. In the photo above you can see several types
Jam Cleats:

R3631
R3632
R3633
R3650

On a differant note I'd recommend you take a basic keel boat class if you want to learn the right way on how to handle the boat.
