I have always had trouble with the attachment being about 1" short and needing to be pulled into place. Do you have a picture of your attachment to the chain plate? Mine is attached to a raised piece of the chain plate at its foremost point, and not on the lower holes available. <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
I will be on the boat tomorrow and will take some pictures. I'm all confused now - need to see my setup to see where everything is at.
Post tomorrow! <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"> My furler is pinned to "A" as most others.
Mine is 1A. I think the difference between 1 and 2 at the top of the mast could be adjusted out with the turnbuckle in the furler, so you use either one. But using A I think is definitely the right thing.
In review of the owners manual, it shows the #1 on the mast head is for a spinnaker block, and the #2 is for a forestay. If the furler is taking the place of the forestay then it appears that #2 would be the correct attachment for the furler. 2A might be gthe correct attachment
