I just saw on the sailboatowners.com site that someone in SoCal is selling a brand new C250 mast raising kit for $200. There is a photo with all the parts. Great price. Check it out:
Randy, I knew something didn't look right about the pictures. The kit is for a C250 winged-keel trailer. It's 2 feet higher than the one on my C250 water-ballast trailer.

Randy, that should not be a problem, it should just give you better leverage = less load on the line.
