Hello,

I have to ask how to make the pictures you post show up in the thread? I can post a link to the picture just fine, but I would like to know the procedure for making the picture show. I read the how to in the test forum but I'm missing something. I would also like to post a thumbnail in my signture if possible as well.

Jim,

When posting a picture, first copy the URL (address) of the picture into the reply, then highlight the entire address. After it is highlighted, select the image icon which will format it to be seen.

Or to type it manually put the following image tags before and after the url of the picture..use brackets [] instead of the braces
{img} url goes here.jpg {/img}

Jim: Your picture URLs in the C-25 forum first need the brackets removed from around them.

To get a thumbnail into your signature, get the URL for a thumbnail or other small picture on another site (from its Properties), paste it into your signature, and add the tags that Duane describes before and after it (using square brackets). If you click the "Reply with Quote" button for any post with pictures in it, you can see in the reply window how the picture is formatted.
