I am looking into replacing the original instruments. I'd like to know if anyone has experience with the ST40 BiData ? I use a Garmin GPSMAP 276C. I searched for a Garmin equivalent to the St40 but didn't find anything. Any suggestions ?
Thanks

I have an ST60 Tridata that I bought with the boat, and I have been very happy with it. Water temperature is not particularly important, so I would think an ST40 would be fine. I use the depth and speed all the time.
We have the ST40 BiData and it includes Depth, Speed, Temperature. We most likely will replace it with another ST40 as the speed is not indicating and it does not appear to be the transducer. It's cheaper to buy the whole kit than the bits so we'll have a few spare parts after the fix.
