Custom centre stern seat construction fabricated from scrap pieces by local SS shop. Cost... dinner & wine for two

Comfy seat with great view for those light air passages (BBQ stored in coaming and clamp left on rail ready for the next meal)

Seat will be a welcome addition for a variety of purposes including fish cleaning, BBQ food prep etc.

Fabrication detail: top, side and front view for C250 WB tiller steering

Should have mentioned previously that, as shown, the stern seat does not interfere whatsoever with the full swing of tiller & rudder. The tiller extention can be used from the stern seat location...

My (untried) version of a screw-less removable add-on tiller tamer as per Frank Farmer's idea. The pvc electrical junction box, with a felt strip added to the inside, fits snugly over the tiller.

Finally, on top of the stern seat railing, a place to fly country of origin flag. (The staff is friction mounted to make sure it does not increase our slip charges and allows mounting of the BBQ)
