Due to the higher freeboard of our 250's, it's somewhat difficult to board from a dinghy. Is there a ladder on the market we can use that works best, and/or what do you use to facilitate boarding? Thanks.
Frank, I board a lot from the dinghy and find it easy to do at the open transom. Just approach and drop the swim ladder and step directly from the dinghy into the boat.
Arlyn, you and my "pretty penny" are on the same wave length. She made that suggestion on our way back from our Navy Yacht Club annual Cruise-Out to Catalina. I was afraid of banging into the rudder and my transducer rod, but next time out I'll fasten a fender to the front of my Watertender 9.4 dinghy. Thanks.
