What do you want to spend? There are allot of options out there, Are you wanting a New sail, or used one? are you going with the furler? With the sails I have used on the boat I have had the best luck with a UK Sail, EP makes a really nice sail also, and if you order in September you can get a 20% discount. There is always the high end North, and Harstick (sp) makes a great sail for the boat but they are really high in price. If you are in the used market I might be able to help out in a cheaper route.
This is the response I got from Harry at Pattirson sails:
It depends on if you are racing or pleasure sailing. For racing you have to go with a full size 155%, and to really be competitive you need to go without furling. If it is more for pleasure sailing I would go with a 140%. With a foam luff pad the sail will roll 20% to 25% and still keep pretty good shape.
With Dacron you need to be in that weight because it needs to be that strong for the heavier winds. Our race genoas are 3.1 oz. and are made of Dacron woven with kelvar which give the strength you need to handle both the light air and the heavier air..
