West Marine and Catalina Direct both seem pretty expensive to me. I have seen mainsail covers around $150 from many small marine canvas shops on the Internet. $250 for the same thing from CD seems exorbitant, although you do get a nice Catalina logo on the cover.
sew one yourself. I found the instructions and quality from Sailrite to be excellent when I made my furling cover. Choice for fabric and colors is very good. Price for a C25 is $113.00 and time on the machine. www.sailrite.com
