I saw in tech tips the installation of two Hella fans in the v-berth. Anyone else mount them in their boats? Come up with a better location?
He mentioned the ease of installation. Are the light wires easy to reach and tap into? Thanks for any tips. Here is his photo....

Got up early went over to West M. and bought two Hella fans (they rotate and fold flat against the bulkhead). Installation was easier than I expected...tapped right into the lights. There is over an inch of room between inner and outside hull.
Thanks anyway.

We took out the port side spotlight over the table & mounted a folding fan (folds back against the ceiling). Make a HUGE difference in keeping the air moving in the cabin.

I have the exact same set-up as the picture. The Hella fans create a nice breeze and they draw VERY little current.
