I am somehow a tad confused about the length of the course intended for the event. Is it intended to be ONE mile in length from windward to leeward for a 2 mile overall course, or 2 miles in each direction. The Mainsheet article mentions a 2 mile course....so unless I hear otherwise, I will assume it's a 2 mile LAP.....

Gary B. - I also think it's supposed to be a 1 mile to weather and a mile back to leeward. If we are wrong they'll just have to double our time

We have a fun race on Saturday - the Jamaican Me Crazy. Judy and I are running the RC boat and I get to plan wild & crazy things for the racers (like going twice around marks, sailing on either side of the line, dropping sails and reversing under power back over the line to finish...) Sunday is the Blessing of the Fleet and Monday is relaxation day!
