I am very new to this site and have been ghosting for some time in order to ascertain as much information as possible. Thank you very much for a wonderful and educational site.
We launched the boat for "sea trial" last week and today it is official. We are the VERY proud new owners of 2003 250 WB #673. Below is a picture of our "sea launch" on the intracoastal waterway in Charleston, SC.
CONGRATULATIONS! Can I come for a ride? I'm suffering sailing withdrawl & they're predicting snow for tomorrow (again!). Seriously, welcome & please share your adventures.
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. The dealer is SUPPOSED to finish the commissioning this week and I should be on the water by the end of the month!
Kewl......congratulations. If you peruse this site some more you'll find some very nice modifications to make the boat the "total" cruiser. I'd say no more that 196 or so projects. Three weeks of hard labour and $9500.- in mail order stuff should do it. In all seriousness, there are some neat things here. If you have any questions, please post them, there are lots of very knowledgeable people here who's only "life" is to share with others on this forum....
