A couple of forum related things... one, jumping around today made me lust for the new feature that will come with the future forum software load. That is the ease of jumping from a thread listing directly to the last post in the thread by one click.

Second, why don't more of Y'all post your Messenger information? There are times when it would be cool to chat when catching others online. Is this an education issue or intentional avoidance? Snitz provides the ability to show that you have a messenger and then indicate you're (ok ok ok ok) available for chat if your messenger is opened and marked available.

All it takes is putting ones Yahoo or Aim Messenger name in profile boxes. If someone becomes too devilish... not naming any one mind you, its an easy task to block them.

When we had the Captains Lounge... it was too difficult to catch someone checked in. Snitz eliminates that difficulty. While it won't produce open roundtables... two or more can chat.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, you can't get the answer to YOUR spelling problem that way.

Okay, seriously. I have two of these chat things. One set up by my brother and sister. The other set up by Yahoo as part of my SBC Dial account. I couldn't tell you my address on either one. And, the only time I use it is when it mysteriously pops up because my brother or sister have messaged me. So, I guess it's educational...bring it on, Arlyn!

After a week of work, Karen has the new Snitz forum running for another of her passions - her fencing club. There's lots of great new features. As soon as we can figure out how to transition the C25/C250 forum to the new software, we'll do it. We might need to take it down for a couple of days.
