A lot of folks seem to have used the intex mariner 4 with good results. I have one downstairs in the box and will be using it on my boat when a tender is needed.
I have Mariner 3 (prior model). The improvements that they have made to the latest version look very nice. Motor mount works well for a trolling motor.
Mariner 3 or 4 are a good choice for someone on a budget, and a tenth of the cost of a Zodiac-type inflatable.

Here's the one I ordered. I am not affiliated with that seller or boat, but it is very well reviewed. I like that it can be folded down to nothing and thrown below deck. Strapping a tender to the front of our boats doesn't work too well if you plan on using a jib/genoa.
