Hi,

Anyone know where to get the trailer bumper parts for a C25-SK?

I'm talking about the V-shaped rubber that the bow fits into. One tore out when I pulled my boat out last season.

Also, if someone can point me to good photos of that part of the trailer, so I can better describe what I need, that would be great.

thanks,
Phil

Is this the part you were thinking of from Walmart?

Here is a picture of a trailer with the bow-holder configuration like I have(don't know how to insert actual photos). Are you suggesting I replace the current bow hlders with rollers? Sounds like it's probably reasonable idea. Is that what you have done?

I'm not exactly sure what parts you need, but I used these guys when I made repairs to my power boat trailer:

Virtually any boat dealer or supply place should carry them. Just be sure you get the almost clear yellow ones that are non-marking, and not the black rubber ones. If you can, take the broken part with you to the store. For mail order companies, Overton's is a good one. Defender probably carries the parts, too.
