We used to own a pre 89 and currently own an 89. It may fit the general shape of an 89 deck, but the snaps are definitiely not going to match-up.
Are the snaps in a well known pattern anyway, or will you always need to potentially move snaps around when getting a new pop-top cover? It seems like a lot of the finish work on these boats was done by hand (look at the mast gates for instance) and doesn't have consistent dimensions.
my snaps didn;t match. then again, we never needed to button them up. the corners matched and the rest layed on the deck. They make snap extensions to use and avoid relocating buttons, or pull the buttons and relocate: top or cabin. As I understand the poptop is the same for all years, with a change moving to the C250 model being much different.
