I have for sale a trailer set-up for a Catalina 250 water ballast. This is a 1995 galvanized Trail Rite Inc. trailer from Arkansas, which was purchased with my 1995 Catalina 250 WB in 2009. It is a 2 axle trailer with surge brakes, bearing buddies and good tires. Even though I live in Florida, the trailer has never been in salt water. I pulled the boat & trailer from Arkansas and after some cosmetic boat maintenance, used it once again to launch the boat into our fresh water canal system. The boat lives on a lift and the trailer is not used. I am in the process of replacing the bunks and will have the surge brakes serviced before the sale. The trailer is in very good shape and I am asking $1,500. I will post pics when the bunks are done.
Hi John, Regarding converting the trailer for a 25 SK: I'm remembering that the swing keel on a 25 to be a bit wider that the board-type keel on my 250 WB, so I think the bunks may have to be raised a bit. If you could measure how far your keel, when raised, is below your hull that would tell us if it would fit. The bunks on this trailer are curved to fit the hull, so that should be pretty similar to you 25. I will post some pics when I get the bunks re-done. In the mean time if you want to take a measurment, let me know.
