It turns out that this is the first C25 that I went to see when I was in the market, and is located very close to where I'll be sailing (same bay). I didn't realize it was the same boat until I E-mailed the seller via the CL ad and he replied. I have no affiliation with the seller, just passing it along. When I went to visit the boat, the seller needed to sell because the boat was located at his mother's home in Ocean City, and his mother was selling her home.
As you'll see from my initial conversations in this forum, the boat needs a bit of work, but the $500 asking price for the boat, including the engine, makes it very interesting. I'm tempted to buy her just for the roller furler (it's probably better than mine) and the 10HP engine and part out the rest, but I'd rather see someone else buy her and sail her. It would be nice to see a small C25 fleet in Great Egg Bay!

NOTE: In my case, PLEASE don't confuse stars/number of posts with actual knowledge. On any topic.
Check my link, above, for a description of the boat. I went to see it last year, and it's in OK shape. If the PO didn't do anything about that bow pulpit, the deck may be in worse shape.
