Is that one of the inboard models? Or were the '77's like that under the cockpit?

I don't know enough about them....but needing a repower could be a reason the price is so low.

Ten year old main, original 1977 head sails, spinnaker, deck and paint in fair condition, chunk missing out of bow, cover over hatch, and converted from inboard to outboard might be why the price is so low.

Orrrrr.......Canyon Lake Marina slip prices are freaking rediculous and the owner can't pay anymore.

A C27 costs about $300/mo to slip.
