Those are probably one of the most desired options, so finding someone willing to give up and item that adds so much to resale value is gonna be hard. They also cost ~$600 to buy new. Your best bet is to learn how to stitch and build a set. Just measure the seats, cut some closed-cell foam to it, and sew some sunbrella around them. This would cost you around $150 in material.

An upholstery shop cut them to shape using a hot knife. He uses them with no cover. I have not heard how they have held up over time.
You could possibly consider this as a lower cost option that spares you the hassle of making covers.
Foam prices are sky high right now (at least from my local supplier...prices just went up 40%), but that is the approach that I'd probably take. For now my wife and I sit on throwable PFDs.
I found several online foam retailers that sell large sheets of foam. Then, cut the foam using a heavy straight edge to compress the foam, and a large sharp blade.
I agree with the above. There are several alternatives to Sunbrella.
I might sell my originals and replace them with Bottomsiders. They are in decent, not perfect, condition. They have a couple of lightly discolored areas and a couple of short pulled areas on the zippers, not enough that they hang open and look tacky. But keep in mind that Bottomsiders, made with vinyl coated, closed cell foam are only $600 plus shipping if you can spend a little more. Let me know what price range you are thinking of if you are interested. If it works for me, I can send photos and discuss price if they are acceptable.
