I've got the second of the two Duratanks I bought a while back for sale on CL for $55. This model has the integral fuel gauge and self venting fuel cap. You won't have to worry about your fuel tank rusting, even if you get phase separation with E-10 gas.
Selling for $30 plus shipping at my cost, figure at least $15 in the lower 48, probably more to HI, AK, or Canada.
For the C-250 sailors, this tank will fit in the fuel locker nicely. I did lots of searching and trying several other tanks before I found that this one fits. I can guarantee it'll fit in a '97 locker, and probably in most if not all other years. These sell for about $85 new.
If you have an OMC, Johnson or Evinrude outboard, the connector should just fit, if you have something else (like our Tohatsu), you'll need to make up a pig tail connector. Ours cost about $15 to put together, so bear that in mind.

Dave, I haven't made a pigtail yet for the tank I have, too many other projects, but I'll let you know how it works when I finish. I've been dealing with a rough running engine, thought it was fuel but turned out to be a spark plug.
Yeah, that's what I hate about small engines, it always seems to be something, even with relatively new ones. I need to change the impeller on my Tohatsu, I've seen the stream seem to get weak and then gain strength, so I suspect something fouling the water jacket. Figure if I'm going to be up there I might as well change it out.
I'll post a picture of the pigtail I made up. We haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I've been dealing with some health issues for the last couple of months (tweaked my back, seems to be on the mend), so we haven't been down to see the boat since before the new year.
Try taking out the thermostat and see if you get a stronger stream. I was having similar problems with my Suzuki. After removing the thermostat I got a much stronger stream and it was no longer intermittent (sometimes non existent).
