Here is a picture of my son with his 45 lb rockfish. One of 6 fish taken that day.

Low water in my canal

My new Flip-up rudder

Now if the wind will shift from the south so I can get out to the Sound. Come-on Summer

I spent most of my money on boats and beer, the rest I just wasted.

Never heard a striped bass referred to as a rockfish before. Beautiful catch nonetheless!

Nice! I can't believe he caught that on your C25 (kidding)! Hey, where did you find those rod holders on the C25?

Walmart. about $35.00
You need to put some duct tape on the rail or they will slip and rod goes overboard.

I have caught stripers trolling on my C25 (Just not that big). Must keep it below 3 knots.

Me too....usually they're hanging out at Augie's Bar....easy to bring in.....even easier at other locations if it's not busy and they're bored. They tend to consume alot of alcohol and lay around, but that's okay.

NCBrew, nice try on the edit of your Freudian slip, but I think you were caught. Now I understand why you were so interested in figuring out how to add "cabin-top" (a.k.a. "dancefloor") lighting around the mast.

True, but free booze gets you after-hours entertainment.

When you have strippers on board, make sure to drop/bag the main. They seem strangely attracted to the mast.

I did not mean stripers, I meant strippers. You don't have to clean those kind. You have to stay under 3 knots so as not to rock the boat too much.
