Well cared for 1987 Catalina #4690, Pepin, WI.
New since 2007: Mylar main, traveler block and tackle, Hood roller furler, sail cover, stainless steel Bimini & connector (to dodger), cutlass bearing, dripless packing, shore power AC. Excellent interior: like new navy blue interior cushions, Norcold dorm room style AC/DC refrigerator, compressed natural gas GSI gimbaled stove, perch seats. Steel cradle dock yard trailer (not road legal), winter frame, Universal 21 HP diesel. Sit down head (new gaskets), hot water heater. NO MUSTY ODORS. Cabin top rail covers, Raytheon Radar, Raychart RC530

nice offering, we are hoping to upgrade in the coming year to a 30footer (hunter or Cat 30)
