If you end up not finding a good used one, then call Foss Rudders who should have the best price on a new balanced one.

I have the original balanced rudder from my 1988 WK/TR. The PO did some glass repairs or reinforcement on the upper (above water) leading edge, and started to grind out the seam crack all on the leading edge and bottom of the rudder in an effort to reseal. It appears to be structurally sound but would need to be epoxied around the seam and sanded/faired. I bought the boat last season and replaced the rudder, he said he was sailing it as it was before starting the grinding work for the seam with no problems.

The pintles have been removed but it looks like standard 2 hole upper and three hole lower mounts. I have no idea what it would take to properly ship this, but I would part with it for $150, you pay shipping. I can take photos if you are interested.

I have a good used rudder for sale and I would sell it for $75 plus shipping or you can pick it up. I can send pictures if you are interested .
