What is the best way to clean a vinyl pop top cover? Any ideas are welcome.

If mildew is your problem, I've found bathroom spray cleaners and a soft brush to be effective at removing it from vinyl. I always rinse it off very thoroughly, and then generally apply some Armor All or other protectant.
