We have a number of C25's and 250's racing on Payette Lake in Idaho. Our race committee uses a Portsmouth system. It seems odd that a C25TR/WK rates higher than a C25SR/SK which creates much discussion. Can anyone point me to a source of reasonable ratings? We have the following Boats: C25SR/SK C25SR/WK C25TR/FK C25SR/FK C25TR/WK C250WB

I'm not a fan of Portsmouth for keelboats, but we used to do it that way back when we had several Tri's racing in the PHRF fleet. I say "used to", we went back to PHRF several years ago.
