The one about practice leading to perfection that is....Well today, in my eightieth year on the planet, and launching and rigging Calista solo/ it seems to have gone perfectly, and easily.

On my knees, arms stretched upward, now bending at the waist, outstretched fingers touching the ground, and back up... then down again.

Val, you're my hero!

When I was a cheeky teenager growing up I blamed all my problems on my parents. And I'm still blaming my problems on them; dagnab genes. They both lived well into their late nineties, hopefully I'll do as well
