Hah! I don't remember who makes that boat, but we thought about purchasing one when we were looking a few years back. It's mostly a trawler, the sail, while functional, is not providing much driving force. The owner was very upfront about it's capabilities. It looked like a nice little boat, just not what we were looking for.

Many older commercial fishing boats carried sails like that--not for motivation but for steadying themselves in seas. That picture is from an article about building the boat--all wood, stitch-and-glue construction.
