If anyone is following, Royal Caribbean just floated out the largest ship in the world. At 220,000 tons this thing is big! I plan on taking a ride on her Spring of 2010. Oasis of the seas will begin service in Dec of 2009.

Your right! I googled it and there are 12 ships larger than the Oasis class cruise ship. Most are tankers with a few container ships thrown in.
