If you buy the standing rigging kit from CD, do you have to measure and cut the shrouds or are they pre-measured. Is it a big deal replacing them? When we went in the water yesterday I noticed one of the shrouds was a bit frayed so I feel like its time to change them.

One meathook is all you need to see. CD sends you a pre-cut set (or whichever ones you want) based on your rig and year, complete with bronze turnbuckles. Mine fit perfectly. Putting them on is simple if the mast is down.
I have some standing rigging in great shape I would sell you . I can measure them if you like to see if they will work for your boat. I bought them on ebay last year but never installed them. Dan
