If you buy the standing rigging kit from CD, do you have to measure and cut the shrouds or are they pre-measured. Is it a big deal replacing them? When we went in the water yesterday I noticed one of the shrouds was a bit frayed so I feel like its time to change them.

One meathook is all you need to see. CD sends you a pre-cut set (or whichever ones you want) based on your rig and year, complete with bronze turnbuckles. Mine fit perfectly. Putting them on is simple if the mast is down.

Thanks. How about forestays and backstays? Are those measured as well? Might as well change everything.

Yup and yup. They'll want to know if you have a split or single backsatay.

I have some standing rigging in great shape I would sell you . I can measure them if you like to see if they will work for your boat. I bought them on ebay last year but never installed them.
