I use several hundred pictures of various cruises we've been on, including our China last July. Or is that the screen saver?

Lovely picture Ray, in another life I was a Macintosh guru, (no one is a guru anymore!), and I remember talking with a dear friend who was an art teacher, he was outraged at the idea of digital art. As a photoshop user of too many years to remember I am delighted to see real craftsmanship and art coming from digital photography. I am but a simple digital photographer using cropping as my prime mode of expression but I have great respect for those who see what we don't see and show it to the rest of us.

I love water images and given many are so difficult to shoot I enjoy sharing.

Prospector: Picasa (free from Google) has a very easy and accurate tool for "squaring up" your digital photos to make the horizon horizontal.

Although I don't use this one as wallpaper it is one of my favorites. It's of Bodega Bay along the Pacific Coast Highway north of San Francisco.
