I would like to get some nautical dishes and bowls for the Nauti Duck. There are many dinner dishes and smaller plates that I can find at WM, Defender, etc that fit the dish storage cut outs on our C250 but I am not so certain about soup/cereal bowls. Has anyone found soup/cereal bowls that fit the compartments? I need four of them. I want bowls, not mugs. Please post pix and/or maker/model. Thanks!
We cannot direct the winds but we can adjust our sails.
If you look behind my sink full of dirty dishes you will see plates against the wall with a compass design around the outer edge. These plates have a rubber non-skid ring around the underside. to the far right back, are bowls from the same set. Bowls and plates are in a teak holder that I understood to be standard Catalina issue.
This dish set came with the boat - the PO told me these were original issue Catalina plates and bowls.
Stampeder, I guess we could put a C25 inside our C250.
Don, I feel sort of guilty using throw-aways. We did that on our last cruise but I want to go with re-usables now. I agree that paper plates are very handy

I agree Randy, I used the paper products on a week long trip once and had bags of trash on board. We decided its best to wash the dish and try to avoid trash build up. We also try to avoid bottles and cans as much as we can. This does however present a problem, where to store the keg!

Oh boy! Do we get to go down the "where's the best place for the keg handle" path again?
Rita, those look great! I will go to Target to check them out. It is an honor being the recipient of your first real post (#1 was a test in 9/2006!). Is this what happens when you are not able to move around?? Really, sorry about your accident. I told the Admiral about it. We must always exercise great caution around the dock.
I can guarantee they are, I turned them over to look & see if there were any markings that might be helpful, and the only thing they said was "Made in China".
