There are credible reports of dolphin schools in the thousands, yellow fin tuna, killer whales, blue whales, and squid on the 9 mile bank.

Only 10 miles from Mission Bay. I'd really like to head out there Sunday.

Anyone interested in tagging along?

Hey Jim!
Susie and I will be attending the AP workshop at La Jolla High Saturday, all day, and will sail later afternoon and evening. Unfortunately, I'll be visiting my parents on Sunday so can't join you then. Maybe these mammals will also be around next weekend?
Have fun and take some photos when you see them.

Gary, lets hope the rain stops Saturday by noon. If you can call this mist, rain. Should be a nice sailing Sunday. I'll take the camera. Should be about a 6 hour trip.

Gary & Susie: Is that anatomy and physiology...? never mind the workshop...just go!! (we'll expect and hope to see you north of the border this summer!!)

Have a great sail Jim... would've loved to come along... take lots of pictures and don't forget to post them.

It has taken us a few days to get used to our home again... all that space... we'd seriously considered sleeping under the kitchen table for the first night or so...!!

Fleet 7, now that the best sailing season is here, I'd really like to arrange a sailing day / beach party barbeque in November and don't forget the Mission Bay Parade of Lights coming up around Dec. 10. Want to do the parade this year? Or just watch like years past?

Let me know your availability in Nov.
