Hi:

I purchased a used Forespar Tiller Extension that I need to mount. How far from the front of the tiller should the socket be mounted?

Thanks.

Hi Will

The socket for the tiller extension on Snickerdoodle is about 6" from the front tip.

I believe mine is somewhere between 6 to 8 inches back. I put it back far enough so not to interfere with where I normally put my hand.

Just curious...What advantage does the tiller extension give you?

Will,

You know to epoxy the socket into the tiller right? Those little screws aren't going to be enough to hold it in place...
