Actually, basketball and hockey are very similiar... various strategies, offenses, defenses for different situations...big difference though, hockey players fight on the ice, NBA players fight in the strip clubs...
By the way, I don't associate the NBA game with the college game...different worlds altogether.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to a Wings/Blue Jackets game and althought the Wings lost, it was one of the better games I've attended...seats a few rows behind the penalty bow, Bertuzzi's first game as a Wing, overtime, shootout, sudden death shootout (Federov scored the game winner for the BJ's).
After we Gators beat Ohio State twice in a year for a national championship, Steve Spurrier said "we are just going to have to call Ohio State Runner Up U"
