Hi my name is Richard and I am the purser for a Sea Scout Ship in Boynton Beach FL
We were recently donated a 1979 25' Catalina
The only problem is that this beautiful sailboat is in San Mateo FL which would be about a 10 day sail and we arent experianced enough yet to do that. We also are still in high school and wouldnt be able to take that amount of time off no matter how much we want to learn and how valuable this boat would be to our program.
We do not have a trailer but we are looking for one either to borrow or to purchase for a low price since what ever price it is we would need to fundraise.
If anyone knows of anything in the area of Palm Beach County Florida please let me know we would hate to loose this Amazing Boat just because we couldnt get it down here

Finding a trailer might be tough. If after some time you still have difficulty consider having our members sail it down piecemeal.... You might be lucky enough to come up with 6 or seven groups that could pass it along the way and have some of you guys join on the weekends.

then hold the fund raiser for the trailer later on.

My C-250wk trailer is sitting in Maclenny West of Jax. It could use a good shake down. It has bunk boards so may not fit your 25.
