Just curious, but how does a mast get shipped?

I'd guess for mast lengths up to 53', they'd just transport them in a semi trailer.

I had one delivered to my marina from Catalina Direct in California. It flew air freight and was delivered in a semi-trailer. It cost a little less than $300.
